Privacy policy

Information you share with us

When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or use the enquiry form on this website, you may share your name, mobile number, pickup and drop locations, travel dates, number of travellers and any other trip details you choose to include.

How the enquiry form works

The enquiry form prepares a message with your trip details and opens WhatsApp so that you can send it to us. The details are also checked by our website to prevent spam. Your message is only sent to us when you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

How we use your information

We use the details you share only to respond to your enquiry, plan and confirm your trip, arrange vehicles and accommodation where requested, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary to provide the service you request—for example, your pickup details with the assigned driver, or guest names with a hotel you have asked us to book.

Third-party services

This website links to WhatsApp and shows a Google Maps view of our location on the contact page. These services may collect information according to their own policies when you use them.
